The Opportunity
We are working with a well-known Australian business, to deliver performance testing services as part of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for an important applications program. This work will support the ongoing enhancement phase of the projects and ensure that current and upcoming changes to the applications meet established performance Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute performance testing plans aligned with non-functional requirements.
* Prepare test scripts, test data, and conduct test execution using industry-standard tools.
* Analyse test results, produce detailed reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.
* Maintain performance testing artefacts and ensure alignment with agile methodologies.
* Provide daily status updates via Microsoft Azure DevOps and participate in Agile stand-ups.
* Deliver weekly, fortnightly, or monthly reports on overall application performance.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the performance testing domain.
* Proven ability to develop performance test plans and workload models.
* Microsoft Azure DevOps experience
* Hands-on experience with tools such as LoadRunner (cloud/on-prem) and JMeter.
* Experience in VM setup for test execution.
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting test results and creating baselines.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft .NET, and Power BI environments.
* Active participation in agile projects and ceremonies.
