**Customer Support Officer**
- Maintaining and updating client records through our CRM.
- Assist and support client account opening and onboarding process.
- Maintain and update various compliance and complaints related registries.
- Collaborate with various internal departments and liaise with external third parties to resolve client enquiries, complaints, and problems.
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to Operations manager and General Manager with daily tasks.
- Complete client deposits and withdrawals daily in an accurate and prompt manner.
- Provide reports and documentations in accordance with the defined schedule to various internal departments.
- Complete reconciliation of transactions according to a defined schedule.
- Troubleshooting account related issues.
- Perform analysis and investigation of client transactions where necessary.
- Assist compliance with their transaction monitoring where necessary.
- Assisting with projects and the roll out of these projects as required.
- Be part of a strong customer support team with rotating shifts.
- Working under the direction of the General Manager.
- 2+ years of experience working in finance, banking, accounting or insurance or FinTech has advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Critical thinker who enjoys problem solving
- Some experience and a background in customer service or operations helps
- Strong with time management and is able to multitask
- Fluent in Japanese and have good written and spoken English
