Hospital experience is desired but not essential.
Monday to Friday flexible roster, must be able to work shifts between 6.15am and 6pm - no weekends or public holidays.Duties and responsibilitiesEnsure a high level of patient and visitor care, acting as the first point of contact for the hospital and ensuring a positive patient experienceLiaise with patients prior to admission and ensure accurate entry of relevant patient data into the Patient Administration System (PAS), including privacy and financial consentTimely and accurate preparation and distribution of patient/ theatre information and reportingMaintaining strictest confidentiality at all timesAssist with other ad hoc administrative duties as directed E.g. collect and post mailPromote a culture of continuous improvement, safety and excellence across all areas of the hospitalAbout YouExperience in an administrative role within a medical, healthcare or hospital setting desirable but not essentialA high level of computer skillsAbility to develop and maintain strong working relationships with patients, doctors and staffSolid time management, organisational and communication skillsCulture and BenefitsGreat work/ life balance- Monday to Friday - no weekends or public holidays - hospital closed over the Christmas and New Year period.12 weeks paid parental leave for eligible employeesEmployee referral bonusGreat discounts at a large variety of retailers including Coles & WoolworthsFocus on health and wellbeing (inc.
