The Shift Leader role is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of employees during specific periods of trade
* Motivate and engage the team by championing food safety and quality standards
A successful candidate will have experience leading or supervising a team in a busy environment and delivering exceptional customer service. They will also be required to complete or have completed a Food Safety Supervisor certificate and the Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
