Project Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the success of our metallurgical operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Hazard Management: Identify, report, and resolve potential hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
* Process Optimisation: Conduct surveys, data analysis, and test work to optimise plant unit operations.
* Improvement Projects: Develop and deliver improvement projects that enhance plant performance.
* Project Delivery: Lead metallurgical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
* Data Analysis: Forecast, calculate, and monitor project benefits using laboratory and plant data.
* Project Planning: Prepare and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and risk assessments.
* Trial Coordination: Coordinate large-scale plant trials and support operational readiness activities.
* Test Work: Conduct laboratory test work to validate improvement initiatives.
* Communication: Communicate project progress through regular reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
* Technical Support: Provide technical support to Metallurgy, Processing, and Maintenance teams.
