**About the role**:
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to the members. There are two types of teams that are currently looking for their future teammates and we will tell you all about them.
**The role**:
- **Full-time, Permanent position**:

- **Hybrid working available after the 4 months period**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Inbound and Outbound calls to members
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues via phone and other communication channels
- Promoting products and services to existing members
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
We are looking for someone who is an enthusiastic team player with genuine passion to help people and provide great customer service. If you have previous call centre experience and an interest in the insurance space - we want to hear from you.
You will also have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Caring personality with a great level of empathy
- No planned leave for 6 months
- Previous experience in promotion of products and services would be beneficial
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced KPI driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
