Security Officer - Southwest WA - Bunbury / Collie
Location: Perth, WA, AU
About the role
* Location: South West Western Australia – multiple sites including Minsites, Bunbury and Port Locations
* Full Time relievers and Casual Opportunities
* Variety of rosters depending on the site
* Potential earnings up to $90,000 p.a. (subject to availability, hours worked incl. overtime, classification, and other factors)
Responsibilities
* Ensure the security and safety of designated sites
* Providing strong customer service to visitors, contractors & clients
* Gatehouse duties
* Write detailed incident reports
* Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work extra shifts when required
Qualifications and Requirements
* Proven experience in the security industry
* Excellent verbal communication and customer services skills
* Take pride in presentation and bearing in all interactions
* Flexibility to work 24/7
* Current WA security license
* Collect Specimans for drugs of abuse testing (HLTPAT005)
* Certificate II in Emergency Medical Service First Response [HLT21112]
* Confined Space Rescue
* Eligibility to obtain or currently hold a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) for certain sites
* Basic Fire and Fire Warden – [PUAFER008], [CPPFES2005], [PUAFER005]
* Marine Radio – SROCP (Short Range Operator Certificate of Proficiency)
* Full and unrestricted working rights in Australia
* Have sound basic IT skills using a range of software
