As a Technical Pre-Sales Specialist in Oceania, you will play a key role in supporting sales and pre-sales teams by providing expert technical and commercial guidance to the field. This includes feeding back product management with requirements from the region and promoting product and services sales while optimizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and consultation to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Maintain product demonstration environments to ensure consistent presentation standards and exceptional customer experience.
- Identify and introduce latest technologies that align with customer requirements, design, architect, and qualify proposed solutions, and create Bills of Materials.
- Take ownership of optimized produce bills of quantity (BOM) and ensure bid management is in place to support sales efforts.
- Serve as the hands-on technical expert regarding product deployment and integration with customers' internal systems.
- Influence customers to adopt Ceragon's selling value sales approach, helping sales differentiate from competitors.
- Prioritize work and set focus in line with sales requirements.
- Develop working knowledge of competing products and how to sell against them effectively.
- Make presentations to C-Level executives and build strong customer relationships with CTOs and Heads of Planning.
- Maintain excellent communication with product departments, R&D departments, and back-office presale support teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in telco markets and/or wireless communication.
- Outstanding leadership, professional, and technical capabilities; comfortable supporting both enterprise (field) and inside sales teams on targeted accounts.
