About the Opportunity
We are seeking the industry's best Sommeliers to join our team on a casual basis and deliver a best‐in‐class wine experience. This is a hands‐on role focused on exceptional service, suited to those with an unwavering passion and appreciation for wine.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside - and be mentored by - some of the industry's most respected professionals, including Loic Avril and Yuki Hirose.
* Experience as Sommelier / Wine Waitstaff in a fine dining and/or high volume restaurant
* Basic knowledge in local, national and international wine
* Passion for wine and the industry
* Exceptional service skills
* Excellent communication and organisation
* Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
* Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a high pressure environment
* Possess a valid Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol
* WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous
* Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
* Must have full Australian work rights
