Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business strategies to foster sales expansion in Australia.
* Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing team members to achieve outstanding results.
* Identify, support, and coach emerging leaders to ensure seamless transition and growth.
* Design and deliver impactful training programs for associates at all levels, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.
* Oversee recognition programs, including awards, incentive trips, and celebratory events, to boost morale and motivation.
* Collaborate with marketing and HQ teams to streamline onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration of new team members.
* Foster strong relationships with associates, aligning them with company goals and objectives.
* Analyze competitor trends, providing valuable insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
* Represent the company at local and international events, engaging with stakeholders and promoting the brand.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or health sciences.
* A minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
* Strategic thinker with exceptional multitasking abilities, meeting tight deadlines with ease.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong interpersonal skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels, from associates to senior leadership.
