Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction materials testing and a strong background in supervisory roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily testing workflows and report results
* Allocate tasks to technicians and support training and development (lab and field)
* Assist with equipment maintenance and provide input on resource allocation
Requirements:
* Nuclear Density Gauge Licence preferred but not essential
* At least 5 years of CMT experience in soil/concrete testing
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Supervisory experience is highly desirable
* Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency required
