* Top Tier client – Leading group looking for a Senior Associate to work on a range of cross-border and domestic M&A transactions in the Energy and Resources space
* Top Tier client – Tier 1 client looking for corporate lawyer with 4-10 years experience to work across a mix of M&A, ECM and corporate advisory matters. Chambers & Legal500 ranked team and Partners.
* New Law client – Exciting opportunity for mid-level SENIOR ASSOCIATE or SPECIAL COUNSEL LEVEL Corporate lawyer to work across mid cap public & private M&A and general corporate matters. Highly regarded firm with enviable culture.
* Senior Legal Counsel - Major infrastructure Asset. Procurement and whole of business. Suit a Senior Lawyer in industry or out of top tier. Paying up to 320K
* Mid Tier client – Highly regarded mid tier looking for a Senior Associate level lawyer to work across M&A, IPOs, private equity, venture capital fund raising and investment, regulated and unregulated managed investment schemes.
* 12m Deputy GC contract in the logistics space. IT experience well regarded. Register now. Package of up to 250K South Eastern Suburbs
