Hunter Water is looking for a motivated Business Customer Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This role ensures non-residential customer compliance across connection, delivery, discharge, and ongoing management while providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
What You’ll Do
* Coordinate and manage compliance activities, inspections, and customer enquiries.
* Ensure regulatory non-compliances are triaged, managed, and closed per Hunter Water policies.
* Support technical solutions for trade waste, backflow, and hydraulics applications.
* Maintain internal systems, documentation, and software tools to deliver timely, professional service.
* Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and industry partners.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in customer support, inspections, or compliance coordination.
* Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to plan, organise, and manage workflow efficiently.
* Proficient in MS Office and other business software, Gentrack Velocity
* Coaching and training experience is highly regarded.
* Knowledge of water utility operations, building services, and hydraulic, plumbing design is a bonus.
