About the role
Are you a talented barista with a passion for exceptional customer service? Tommys cafe' in Gosford, NSW is seeking a casual Barista All Rounder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee creations, providing friendly and attentive service to our customers, and supporting the efficient operation of our busy cafe.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and cold beverages to the highest quality standards
* Providing excellent customer service, ensuring each patron has a positive and memorable experience
* Assisting with food preparation, stocking, and other cafe operations as needed
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
* Food safety certification must be held at commencement of employment
* Collaborating with the team to create a welcoming and efficient cafe environment
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a barista, with the ability to prepare high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks
* Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
