* Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
* Supporting clients with medication management
* Assisting with transportation and domestic duties
* Engaging with clients on social needs and providing emotional support
What We're Looking For:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
* Current certifications in first aid, CPR, and safe medication handling
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact
