Key Responsibilities:
* Build, develop, and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal employees
* Take orders (emails and phone), check orders, and ensure that customer/client's needs are met
* Liaise with builders and trades to coordinate the timely delivery of materials to site
* Support internal departments including scheduling, estimating, and accounts teams
* General administration/reception and ad hoc duties
Requirements:
* A great attitude; Attention to detail, a sense of ownership; commitment
* Excellent communication skills, the ability to build longstanding and positive relationships across all levels
* Experience in customer service, administration, scheduling or retail. Desire to learn and be an integral part of the team is the first priority
