About the role
We have and exciting newlyestablished opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Manager to join our dynamicgrowing team.

Reporting to the Director, IT - APAC& EMEA you will play a pivotal role in the success of the region's digitaltransformation initiatives, ensuring secure and resilient infrastructure acrossall operations.
Responsibilities of the roleinclude:
* InformationTechnology Infrastructure - To provide and manage Information Technologyinfrastructure for all APAC bases and locations, encompassing a mix of owned,outsourced and cloud-based facilities and services.
* InformationTechnology Architecture – Design, construct, deploy and maintain the keycomponents of the overall Information Technology architecture, working with keyexternal providers as necessary. Prepare and maintain diagrams and documents torepresent and communicate the technical architecture and the software/hardwarecomponents that it comprises.
* InformationTechnology Support – Provide support level 2 and 3 support to the IT team toresolve infrastructure or technical issues.
* Strategyand Planning – Assist the Director, IT – APAC & EMEA to develop andmaintain the APAC strategic plans. Establish IT technical and applicationarchitectures for the delivery of information systems across PHI Aviation'sAPAC operations.
* ChangeManagement – Manage and co-ordinate changes to IT infrastructure, services andapplication software.
* Cybersecurity– Function as a key member of PHI's Cybersecurity Council. Create and implementupdated and new security architecture and systems. Foreseeing potentialsecurity risks.
* DisasterRecovery – Manage and maintain processes for system and data backups. Maintainand develop the IT Disaster Recovery Plan, including 6 monthly tabletopexercises.
* ITDepartment 2IC - Act as the Second-In-Command (2IC) to the Director, IT – APAC& EMEA, provide leadership support and operational oversight in theirabsence. Represent the team in meetingswhen delegated and provide mentoring and guidance to team members.
* Todevelop and maintain Information Technology policies and practices for themanagement of risks associated with access, mobility, networking, change,breakdowns, disasters, and disposal.
To be considered for this role,you will need:
* Aminimum of 5+ years' experience managing designing, implementing and supportingcomplex ICT and IT systems.
* Experiencedeploying, configuring, and managing virtualised infrastructure and systems,including Windows and Linuxvirtual machines.
* Provenexperience in working with enterprise network infrastructure,includingswitches, routers, firewalls, and wirelessaccess points.
* Provenworking experience with Microsoft Azure and M365 environments.
* Abilityto provide level 3 technical support for network, virtualisation, computer andstorages systems.
* Provensuccess in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.
