The Opportunity
This position offers genuine independence and flexibility, best suited to an OT who is confident with:
Self-directed scheduling
Managing their own weekly calendar
Calling clients directly to confirm appointments, discuss services and organise bookings
You'll manage a varied caseload shaped around your interests, with strong administrative systems and templates to support you in the background.
Your role will include:
• Home-based OT assessments across HCP, NDIS and self funded clients
• Assistive Technology prescription (beds, seating, mobility, pressure care, hoists, automation, etc.)
• Home modification assessments — access, rails, ramps, bathrooms, kitchens and environmental design
• Functional capacity assessments with clear, evidence-based reporting
• Collaborative practice with families, carers, support workers and coordinators
• Optional paediatric caseload depending on your experience and interest
• Independent management of your appointment calendar
• Calling clients directly to schedule, confirm or follow-up sessions and services
• Work-from-home administrative time with a great degree of autonomy

Required:
• Occupational Therapy degree + AHPRA registration
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• Current driver's licence and reliable insured car
• Professional Idemnity and liability insurance
• Have NDIS worker screening (or be eligible to complete)
• Have experience with diverse caseloads or disability.
• 2+ years' experience preferred (motivated early-career OTs also welcome to apply)
• Community occupational therapy experience with diverse caseloads or disability services is required
