We require an enthusiastic technically minded service engineer to join a team to be based in Brisbane, for an Australian distributor for Imaging equipment for a world leader in Mobile C-Arm systems.
To be considered for this role you will meet the following criteria:
* Qualifications in electrical/electronic engineering;
* Have had at least 2 years' experience in a field service technical role;
* Have had experience with the medical device industry and with interfacing software to electronic hardware;
* Outstanding electronic hardware and software fault finding ability ;
* Demonstrated attention to detail;
* Demonstrated ability for good written and verbal communication
* Be highly motivated and well presented;
* Be a positive & resourceful team player;
* Demonstrate good customer relations and communication skills;
* Relevant EPA licence/s (preferable);
* Current QLD Drivers Licence;
* Australian citizens or Australian permanent residents only will be considered.
The successful applicant would be required to:
* Liaise with hospital staff such as Theatre Managers, Surgeons, Radiologists & Hospital Engineers;
* Service/repair mobile C-Arm equipment;
* Prepare reports;
* Be prepared to travel on occasions throughout Australia;
* Travel for overseas training may be required.
Previous experience in the Medical X-Ray Imaging field is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
