Dynamic Reinforcing Pty Ltd Construction Trades Worker – Welder Perth Region, WA Construction Projects | Flexible Work Environment | Travel Required Full-time Position Annual salary – AUD 78,000-85,000 Plus Superannuation About the Role: We are seeking skilled and motivated Construction Trades Workers to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications.
* Prepare, measure, cut, and assemble metal materials for fabrication.
* Perform high-quality welding on steel and aluminium, including fine-gauge and bespoke framing components.
* Use laser welding technology and other welding techniques as required.
* Inspect, finish, and smooth welded surfaces to ensure quality and compliance.
* Prepare frames and components for powder coating or anodising.
* Maintain equipment and follow strict workplace health and safety standards.
* Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and collaborate with team members.
* Travel to construction sites within the Perth region when required.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in welding
* Minimum 2 years' experience of welding in the construction industry
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Willingness to travel to different project sites around Perth
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
