The Neurosurgery Unit – Royal Hobart Hospital

The Statewide Neurosurgery Unit is a Level 6, state-wide tertiary centre receiving elective and emergency Neurosurgery and Neurology patients. The unit has a total of 24 beds inclusive 6 Neurosurgical High Dependency beds and 4 Neurology specialty beds.

Details of Appointment
Permanent, full and part time, shift-worker positions working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
4. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $69,835 - $96,428 per annum (pro rata) + 11% superannuation + access to salary packaging
5. Access to the Grade 4 salary range $90,293 - $96,428 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4
6. Salary range is in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2022

7. Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
