About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a part time Admin Support and General Customer Service Officer to join our Team.
Preferred hours are 9am to 1pm 4-5 days per week ( negotiable)- perfect for a Parent requiring school hours only.
Reporting to the Office Manager the successful Applicant will have sound knowledge of general office administration and support and have demonstrated experience in the core competencies of the role
They will possess solid computer skills, the ability to provide consistent high quality customer service, common sense and a good sense of humour.
Experience with our in-house accounting package Attache and some general knowledge/ interest in the Natural wellness industry would be beneficial but not essential.
The Core Aspects of the Role are as Follows:
* General Administration, importing/exporting of electronic orders, data entry and invoicing.
* Answering phones and resolving customer queries.
* Support Sales and Management team with general admin tasks
