Job Description ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a proactive and detail‐focused Maintenance Systems Administrator to support the effective management of our Maintenance Management System.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the CMMS to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.

Manage asset setup, hierarchy, master data and equipment records.

Monitor and enter equipment readings and maintain asset documentation.

Support work order planning, scheduling and completion.

Conduct regular system audits to uphold data quality and compliance standards.

Provide system training and troubleshooting support to site teams.

Coordinate preventative and statutory maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.

Assist with contractor coordination, scheduling and safety compliance.

Support quoting processes and raise purchase requisitions within the ERP system.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting.

Ensure all activities are carried out in line with WHS, regulatory and company requirements.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across operational teams.

You enjoy working alongside operational teams, building trusted relationships and being the go‐to person when support is needed. You communicate clearly, follow through on commitments and bring a steady, solutions‐focused approach to your work.

Ideally, you have experience working with maintenance or asset management systems, and you understand the importance of WHS and compliance in a heavy industry environment. Most importantly, you are reliable, organised and motivated to contribute to a team that values safety, integrity and continuous improvement.
