We are currently seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team, focusing on the fast-paced and dynamic Legal or Accounting sectors. Both industries offer a range of interesting clients, diverse roles, and talented candidates, ensuring every day is varied and full of opportunity.
What you'll be doing:
* Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and the roles they're looking to fill.
* Sourcing, qualifying, and placing candidates in positions that match their skills and aspirations.
* Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
