We are seeking a full-time Senior Town Planner / Development Planning to support our land subdivision and residential development projects, including townhouse and apartment sites.
Key Requirements
* Experience in large land subdivision & planning (townhouse and apartment lots)
* Basic building design knowledge + understanding council town planning scheme
Key Responsibilities (Short Form)
* Planning and subdivision coordination on residential development projects
* Liaising with design, engineering and project teams
* Supporting basic building design reviews and documentation
