Agricultural Development Underwriter Role
You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients and products, with a focus on underwriting new business and renewals. This role can be based at home or in the office, depending on your preference.
* Contribute to and implement an underwriting strategy that aligns with the company's risk appetite.
* Underwrite profitable new and renewal business, both remotely and in person.
* Impact financial KPIs by balancing revenue growth with underwriting profitability.
* Ensure high service standards are maintained across all authorised products, adhering to Treating Customers Fairly principles.
* Analyze distribution trends and broker behaviours to inform future strategies.
* BUILD meaningful relationships with brokers and clients.
* Manage quality assurance and peer reviews to identify opportunities for underwriting and product improvements.
* Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in your industry segments.
