Receptionist – North Ryde

Responsibilities
* Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.
* Ensure the welcome area and desk are clean and presentable.
* Coordinate catering for meetings and events.
* Maintain and check kitchen and office supplies and order items for the site.
* Assist with administration and facilities duties as directed by the Account Manager or Facilities Manager.
* Create, assign, and review work orders, purchase request generations, and invoice receipting.
* Coordinate work order processes and delivery with subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with SLAs and assist in resolving problems.
Qualifications
* Customer service focus with ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels.
* Experience in customer service or front‐of‐house/client‐facing role in a professional/corporate environment.
* Exposure to facilities management.
* Excellent time management and organization skills with ability to manage workflow, priorities, and meet deadlines.
* Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Office packages – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
