Your new role:
We are seeking a high performing Mortgage Broker to play a key role in our Home Lending division. The successful candidate will understand and advise clients with their lending requirements, be enthusiastic about providing good customer service and have the ability to develop strong relationships with our valued stakeholders and clients.

Here's a what you'll do:
· Consulting & Advising - working closely with clients to understand their financial goals and providing expert advice tailored to their needs;
· Researching & Analysing - staying ahead of the curve by researching various lenders' policies and products, ensuring your clients get the best deals;
· Building relationships - managing and nurturing client relationships from initial contact through to settlement and beyond;
· Growing Your Portfolio - as your experience grows, so will your portfolio. Plus, you'll handle overflow applications to maximize your impact; and
· Being a Team Player - assisting with administrative tasks and contributing to Duo Finance's vibrant culture.
What you need to succeed
· Minimum 3 years' experience working in a similar role however drive and attitude is what really count;
· People Skills - the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
· Tech Skills - advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Excel);
· Financial Acumen - strong financial analysis and critical thinking skills are a must;
· Time Management - the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; and
· Ideally have completed a Diploma of Mortgage Broking already (or nearing completion).
