Investor Relations facilitates the effective and accurate communication of the Bank’s strategy and performance, including the expectations of its investors. We are a small, high-performance team, working with stakeholders across the Bank to develop market-leading and highly scrutinised disclosures. Our work is varied, exciting and at times demanding.
The responsibilities of the team are broad. We prepare key external reports; manage relationships with equity and debt investors as well as the analyst community; support sustainability ratings and surveys; and provide advice to the Bank on market sentiment, disclosures and sustainability issues.

As a Senior manager in Investor Relations, you will have the opportunity to support a range of key deliverables that form part of our investor communications and reporting cycle. This may include assisting with half-year and full-year investor presentations, quarterly Q&A packs, quarterly trading updates, analyst consensus updates, Annual Reports, materiality assessments, sustainability metrics, and other external reporting. You may also help with the completion and analysis of sustainability and climate-related surveys.
This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented career professional who is keen to gain experience while working across the team on all Investor Relations deliverables. You will collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to work that shapes how CBA is understood by investors and the broader market.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
Contributing to and writing sections of our investor communications, investor presentations and external reports.Supporting project management and coordination of key deliverables.Supporting a wide range of Investor Relations deliverables, which may include our half-year and full-year investor presentations, quarterly Q&A packs, quarterly trading updates, analyst consensus updates, annual reports, materiality assessments, sustainability metrics, and other external reporting.Completion and analysis of sustainability and climate-related surveys.Analysing and researching domestic and global reporting best practices.Assisting with verification and assurance processes for key external disclosures, presentations and reports.Developing and maintaining digital assets including our Investor Centre.Collaborating with external suppliers and internal teams on shared priorities and projects.
