We are currently seeking a Biomedical Technician to join the JP2060 Project, delivering maintenance and repair-focused training to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel. Ideally, you will operate as an SME, providing technical instruction to support our training team in the overall delivery of the program,. About the role: This is a short term opportunity, running until November 2025 (possibility of extension), which can be done on a casual or full time basis (depending on your availability). We have inhouse trainers who can support you - ideally you will be able to bring the following: Technical expertise in Biomedical equipment. Ability to pull a machine apart and trouble-shoot issues Support in the design and delivery of high-quality, compliant training packages that will transfer your knowledge to future users Ability to become familiar with new equipment quickly and understand its various functions and features Work as part of a highly engaged team and contribute to the project in a meaningful way About you: Ideally, a degree or vocational qualification in Biomedical Engineering or related field Experience in teaching/training in a biomedical context (highly regarded) Australian Citizenship (security clearance requirement) Baseline security clearance (or willingness to obtain) What's in it for you: Full Time or Casual Hours – we can be flexible depending on what arrangement is best for you.
