Business Development Manager
This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and expand market presence for Randstad Education Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales quotas for safety equipment solutions in Queensland.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers across various industries, including chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, and utilities.
3. Identify customer needs and present solutions to meet safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
4. Manage a network of distributors and channel partners to promote and sell products effectively.
5. Deliver impactful sales presentations and technical seminars to educate customers on industry knowledge and market analysis.
6. Negotiate and close subscription contracts while adhering to company pricing and sales policies.
7. Travel regularly to meet customers and attend industry events, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
2. A minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial safety, is required.
3. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets is necessary.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential.
5. The ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners is critical.
6. A self-motivated, results-oriented individual capable of working independently is required.
7. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively are necessary.

Experience & Skills:
* 4+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Sales & Marketing, Negotiation, Customer Relationship Management, Industry Knowledge, Market Analysis, Mining, Oil & Gas.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
