Our kitchen team is seeking a specialist grill chef/sous chef to join our culinary journey.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone with experience in preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to multitask and maintain high standards of presentation and hygiene.
The role involves working closely with the head chef to ensure menu consistency and quality, as well as maintaining inventory levels and ordering stock as needed. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy kitchen environment.
* Ability to work on weekdays, weekends and some public holidays.
* Food safety certification or willingness to attain within 30 days of employment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
