At Macpherson Kelley, people come first, always. We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Commercial Law team in Melbourne.
Responsibilities
You will work directly with Principal Terry Kokkinos and a team of dedicated lawyers. This role offers broad exposure across automotive, manufacturing and health sectors. You will focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate structures, restructures, private capital raising, corporate succession planning, directors' duties, corporate governance and stakeholder agreements.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience working in corporate and commercial law.
* Experience managing M&A transactions between $5 million and $150 million.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Outstanding attention to detail.
* Commitment to excellence in client service.
* Experience delegating, mentoring and managing junior lawyers.
* Interest in business development and identifying new opportunities.
