We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Book Fairs Sales Consultant to help schools run successful events that make reading fun — and rewarding for their communities.
What You'll Do
· Build and maintain strong relationships with schools to support the planning and delivery of successful Scholastic Book Fairs.
· Manage outbound calls to promote Book Fairs, ensuring schools have the tools and support they need to achieve great results.
· Act as a trusted partner to schools — advising, motivating, and assisting them through each stage of their Book Fair.
· Coordinate the logistics of events, ensuring smooth delivery and follow-up.
· Track performance and identify opportunities to grow participation and revenue.
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
· Champion the Scholastic mission of promoting literacy and making reading a lifelong joy for children.
What We're Looking For
· Experience in outbound sales or customer relationship roles (preferably in education, events, or retail).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, confident phone manner.
· A self-motivated, results-driven approach — you love meeting and exceeding targets.
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
· A genuine passion for literacy, learning, and supporting schools.
