We are partnering with a globally recognised luxury beauty and fragrance house to recruit an experienced Retail Trainer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about beauty, fragrance, and luxury retail, who thrives on developing people, driving performance, and creating engaging training experiences.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Training Manager, you will play a key role in delivering impactful training and coaching across multiple retail channels. You will work closely with beauty advisors and retail teams to elevate brand experience, drive sell-out, and build strong product knowledge across the network.
This is a highly visible, field‐based role where you'll influence performance through storytelling, education, and hands‐on coaching.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver training and coaching across NSW, ACT, and QLD
* Support onboarding and induction of new retail team members
* Conduct in‐field coaching to develop Beauty Advisors and Consultants
* Execute brand training programs and retail education initiatives
* Manage training schedules and journey planning across regions
* Support national conferences, training events, and brand activations
* Share in‐field insights to drive continuous improvement
* Oversee local content on retail training platforms/apps
* Provide support for product launches and in‐store activations
About You
* Proven experience in beauty, fragrance, or luxury retail training (essential)
* Strong background in in‐field coaching and developing retail teams
* Confident presenter with the ability to engage and inspire
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with strong planning and time management abilities
* Passionate about luxury brand storytelling and customer experience
* Digitally savvy with knowledge of training tools and platforms
