The position will be responsible for assisting in the operation of a community facility, reporting to the manager.
* Create a safe, welcoming environment for residents entering the facility.
* Complete administrative tasks such as supervisions, statistics, payroll and other tasks as required.
* Thorough knowledge of case management regarding implementation, responsibilities and integrating applications.
* Communicate and work productively with the management team, departments and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Provide direct support to residents when required, assist with de-escalations and provide first response to crisis intervention.
* Debriefing with staff and residents following critical incidents, communicate relevant information between residents and staff.
* Maintain professional boundaries with residents, staff and community partners, uphold our society's values and liaise with the community and neighbors.
* Participate in on-call rotation with other site supervisors, investigate and complete discipline meetings or procedures, arrange and support resident programming.
