Job Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to lead our HR activities across various locations, supporting the General Manager and employees in achieving organizational goals.
The role involves coordinating recruitment, placement, candidate screening, interviewing, onboarding, employment contract preparation, performance reviews, exiting employees, ensuring compliance requirements, managing employee learning and competencies, and providing support to leaders in performance management matters.

About You
To be considered, you will have exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to take direction, and work as part of a team. You must have experience in human resources, sound understanding of the Fair Work Act, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience in human resources
* Sound understanding of the Fair Work Act (highly desirable)
* Experience in community mental health (NDIS or aged care) (highly desirable)
* Be highly organized and efficient with attention to detail
* Have well-rounded administrative skills and experience
* Respect and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
* Have excellent interpersonal skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in having difficult conversations
* Proficient in Microsoft office suites
* Demonstrated experience in databases, TRACCS, and PageUp would be highly desirable
* Have a genuine interest in progressing your career in human resources
Requirements
* A Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) or the ability to obtain
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or the ability to obtain
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You'
