We are looking for a versatile and energetic branch all rounder to assist in all areas of our branch operations from the workshop to warehouse support.
This workshop based role offers the chance to advance at your own pace into customer service and is ideal for someone committed to delivering outstanding performance.
Key responsibilities include: Delivering consistent andhigh-quality service to our customers Support order fulfillment by assembling workshop requirements according to customer specifications.
Adapt to customer timelines to effectively meet their needs Assist customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries in a timely manner.
Participate in monitoring stock levels and communicate purchasing needs to the procurement team.
Accurately pick and pack orders, prepare shipping documents, and verify orders for invoicing.
This hands on role involves physically handling goods to prepare customer orders for dispatch, receipt, and proper storage.
About you - Skills and experience: Great communication and interpersonal skills At least have 6 months experience within either customer service, workshop or warehouse environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to lift heavy bulky items to handle stock as well as picking and packing.
Productive and willing team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Good computer skills - Knowledge in outlook, excel etc.
Current driver's license Experience in the manufacturing industrial and hydraulic hose assemblies or similar background (Desirable) What we can offer: Attractive package with performance based incentives
