Casual Support Worker – NDIS Client (Narre Warren East)
Caring Hearts In-Home Help Pty Ltd is seeking a compassionate Casual Support Worker to assist an NDIS client requiring both mental health and physical support in the Narre Warren Eastarea. Immediate start available.
About the Role
Morning Duties
* Shower assistance
* Assist with changing clothes
* Washing and hanging laundry
* Prepare breakfast and coffee
* Wash dishes
* Make the bed
* Vacuum, mop, and general cleaning
* Grocery run (as needed)
Evening Duties
* Prepare dinner (microwave meal only)
* Personal care: change into pyjamas and change pads
* Assist client to settle into bed and ensure bed is lowered for safety
* Tidy up and wash dishes

Mandatory Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and/ or Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid Certificate
* CPR Certificate
* Infection Control Training
* Car and driver's license
What We’re Looking For
* Female support worker/nurse preferred
* Experience supporting clients with mental health and mobility needs
* NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR
* Manual handling experience highly regarded
* A compassionate, reliable nurse with strong clinical judgment
* Confidence in independent community nursing practice
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Commitment to safe, high-quality, person-centred care
