Lead finance, administration, and risk functions with strong governance and control frameworks. Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring full compliance with ASX and regulatory requirements. Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic growth. Lead investor relations and capital management, including engagement with analysts and funding partners. Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and processes to support scalability. Provide commercial insight and strategic advice to the CEO and Board. About you
Proven experience in a CFO or senior finance leadership role, ideally within ASX-listed, growth-stage, or start-up environments. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable operating in a lean structure with a hands-on approach. Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or similar industries will be highly regarded.
