Job Title
We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role reports directly to the State Manager and is integral to the smooth operation of sales and branch activities.
* Provide administrative support to the local sales team with reporting, data accuracy, and sales administration
* Maintain and update government panels and contracts
* Liaise with building management for office access passes and external maintenance issues
* Manage inventory of stationery, office supplies, and staff equipment
* Conduct first aid kit audits and order necessary supplies
* Lead evacuation drills and attend required training as the Office Fire, Safety, and Emergency Warden
* Coordinate showroom operations including request management, stock control, and coordination with internal teams
* Organise catering services for events and meetings
* Conduct regular stock takes and audits across the showroom, office passes, and asset register
* Manage travel bookings and itineraries for the ACT branch
* Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing events
* Collaborate with national Sales Support Coordinators to share best practices
* Manage procurement processes and outgoing mail and deliveries
