Open to Cairns or Townsville locations See yourself as part of our team This role will see you supporting our clients as their dedicated Transaction Banking Specialist. You will bring specialist expertise to originate new-to-bank opportunities, and support our existing clients, with appropriate transaction banking solutions for their working capital and cash-flow management needs. You will be part of a business that supports Regional Agribusiness Banking (RAB), providing fresh thinking and expertise in key critical areas of our clients’ businesses being working capital management with evolving and innovative transaction banking solutions; and industry insights to help our clients navigate changing market conditions. Do work that matters You will identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple transaction banking solutions (including Cash Management, Online Banking Platform: CommBiz, Merchant Solutions: Terminals and eCommerce, BPAY, Direct Debit, Corporate Cards and Partnerships) with all Business Banking clients with turnover greater than $3m. Developing close working relationships with key clients of varying complexity and your internal stakeholders, you will use your ability to understand business requirements to provide innovative transaction banking solutions. More specifically, you will Proactively build a pipeline of new and existing transaction banking opportunities Have a deep understanding of our transaction banking product offerings, and provide innovative solutions to clients Engage with relationship teams to review transaction banking performance and initiatives to ensure opportunities are being identified and pursued Provide support, coaching and education to bankers What are we looking for?
