About Us
Our client in Jandakot is one of WA's leading Waste Management Companies and they require 2 experienced and motivated HR Drivers to join their team for the PM shift. You will be responsible for transporting, loading/unloading bins and materials using the hook lift truck across various customer sites. This is a hands on physical position
Position: Hook Lift Truck Driver - PM Shift
Employment Type: Casual Ongoing
Location: Jandakot
Salary: $38.08hr + pens
Start Date: ASAP - Mondday to Friday 4pm start 8/10hr days - potential for overtime
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Operate hook lift trucks to deliver, pick up, and relocate bins/containers.
* Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and ensure compliance with road transport regulations.
* Secure loads and ensure safe handling at all times.
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding job requirements.
* Complete logbooks, delivery dockets, and basic paperwork.
* Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle.
* Follow all WHS and site safety protocols.
Your Profile
Requirements
* Valid HR licence and a minimum of 12mnths recent driving experience
* Ability to commit to PM shift and be physically fit
* Good understanding of load restraint and safe work procedures.
* Ability to pass DAS and Medical if successful
* Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
