About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced hands-on Maintenance Leading Hand / Supervisor to join our Engineering team at our Larapinta site.We're looking for someone who leads from the front, supports the team day-to-day, and is prepared to be on the tools when required. While some administrative work is involved, this is primarily a hands-on maintenance supervision role. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong fault-finding ability, and the ability to maintain high maintenance standards in a fast-paced operational environment.You will play a key role in maintaining safe and reliable operations across our automated freight handling network, while supporting and guiding a small team of tradespeople.This position is primarily based at Larapinta but also provides support to local sites across SE Queensland including Brisbane Airport, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, and Lismore.
