Behaviour Support Practitioner Role
We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Geelong.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered behaviour support services to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and guidance to stakeholders across various settings.
* Develop and implement evidence-based individualised behaviour support plans.
* Apply advanced clinical reasoning skills and best practices to all service delivery.
* Deliver training and support plans for participants, staff, and families.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist individuals and families in identifying needs and implementing practical strategies.
* Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in behaviour support.
Requirements:
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
* Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
* Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
* Current registration with relevant professional body.
* Successful accreditation as a Advanced or Proficient practitioner.
