Job Description
Provide expert HR advice and support to management and employees.
Assist in the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Manage employee relations and workplace investigations effectively.
Ensure compliance with workplace legislation and company standards.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and training plans.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful HR Advisor Should Have
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR advisory or similar role within the retail industry.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices in Australia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong stakeholder relationships.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
