About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to fill this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing changes, and providing administrative support.

* Rostering homecare visits within the community
* Answering and transferring phone calls
* Administrative duties
* Reception coverage

Main Responsibilities Include:

* Carefully manage schedules and coordinate with staff and clients
* Maintain accurate records and provide general administrative support

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing circumstances
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
