About the role
As a Manager of Court Practice, you'll oversee the operational functions of Community Corrections, guiding a talented team of practitioners to deliver best‐practice court order case management.
This critical leadership role places you at the forefront of shaping the delivery of impactful outcomes, while fostering a workplace culture of continuous learning and improvement.
As part of the Barwon South West leadership team, you will collaborate with passionate leaders striving for operational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Ongoing, full-time position based in Geelong
* Contribute to the delivery of a corrections system that keeps our communities safe
* Have direct oversight of court order management, court services teams and community partnerships
Qualifications
* Extensive case management experience with complex and high‐risk clients, including best‐practice risk minimisation and therapeutic initiatives
* Experience managing teams and resources to ensure smooth delivery of services
* Strong teamwork and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a diverse group of staff with varied experience
* Operational lens with ability to monitor financial performance, resource and staffing requirements
* Relevant qualification in social work, human services or criminal justice discipline, and work experience in a similar field (desirable)
