Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in managing daily operations.
* Monitor daily stock recovery in the department.
* Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets.
* Build a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Lead by example in all areas.
* Manage high volume stock efficiently.
* Execute department Visual Merchandising and maintain standards.
* Launch and plan catalogue campaigns.
* Implement stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit.
Ideal Candidate
* Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
* Experience in visual merchandising.
* Physically capable of working with large volumes of stock.
* Owner's mindset for the department.
