At Berry Street's Hume Region, we are committed to providing a foster care service for children and young people who require additional support.
Our team of experienced case managers work closely with foster carers to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in care. This includes collaborating with therapeutic specialists to implement an enhanced model of foster care that provides additional specialist training and support.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with children and young people, foster carers and other stakeholders. They will also have experience in case management and be able to ensure regular contact to monitor the well-being of children and young people in foster care placements.
A Diploma qualification in Social Work, Youth Work or other related discipline is a requirement for this position, and the successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively within our Seymour office and engage in outreach activities across multiple shires.

Job Requirements
* Experience in case management in the sector (preferable)
* Ability to provide a high-quality case management service to children, young people and their families
* Supporting foster carers to form appropriate, therapeutically informed relationships with children in their care
